I have always disliked my nose.The older I get the more it bothers me.Ihave a narrow face, & a nose w wide nostrils & bulbous tip.I had consults w 5 plastic surgeons& decided to go w the most expensive-b/c he performed the most, explained the best, &I found him thru a surgeon I work w/. Hope it's worth it!

I wrote down some notes to talk w Dr Bortnick about b4 surgery. He was patient and discussed my expectations again. No pain right now, pressure above eyes, irritation at suture sites. (Weir excision X2 and at base)Black eyes already, tip a already looks different.

The worst part is the stuffed up nose, and constant mild headache. He transfered fat from my abdomen(which hurts the most) & injected it right above cheekbones.3 suture sites, at the base in the middle, & 1 off of each side of nostrils(for the alar base reduction) sutures &splint come off next week.
