Today is Day 19. Most of the swelling has gone down and I don't feel self-conscious about going out now that I can wear makeup. The scar under my nose is growing fainter every day and I love the results - just wish it had been more. I guess we always think that. I am starting to think that the fat transfer will take but my hands are still swollen a little. I will post pictures when the swelling goes down a little more.

You look great, love the fringe on you! The lip lift made a huge difference, good call. You are about 3 weeks, which was when I was most pleased with my facelift last year. the swelling you mentioned is volumizing and youthful. When mine went down I started noticed the lines and creases coming back, but I don't really see any in your before pics so lucky you! Also, re the fat transfer, it's really important to not loose any weight the first 90 days, and eat carbs. I lost weight and lost all the fat, recently redid the FT and am quite pleased, looks like it's going to come out like I expected the first time (fingers crossed lol). You look great, I will be following your journey, congrats!

You look so good ,I am happy for you .I am so scare about plastic surgery because i did twice .One for tummy tuck and one mid lift.I am not happy with result .Just a little improved but not worth for my pain and money .

Thanks! It is so nice for all the support on RS. I was scared but since I'd been through most of it before I knew that the end would be worth it. I feel more like myself everyday but I think when you start this journey that you have to have reasonable expectations. And hopefully a doctor that listens and will followup with you if there are issues.

Thanks. I am happy with the facelift but wish there had been more removed during the lip lift. I think almost everybody feels that way.

Some stitches came out today. I still have some swelling but everything is progressing great! Dr. Geppert has been great and so has her staff. I would highly recommend her.

You looking wonderful. She did a great job on your lip and neck especially. Is there a protocol to help fat survive in the hands? Would you post photos in a few months of your hands for us? Thanks.

I will try to get pictures of my hands but they are still swollen a little. I'll wait a little longer before I take any pictures of my hands. So far I have hopes that the fat will stay.

I'm doing fine. Just tender where the incisions are. My lip is still very swollen but I think it's going to be fine. I go back this Friday to get stitches out - most of them anyway.
