WOW! Count me IN!
So, the nurse told me it would be about a month before the full effects of my new collagen started becoming visible. I have taken pictures along the way and am BLOWN AWAY by how many years she erased from my face with a single treatment. My husband even noticed and encouraged me to continue. I have spent plenty of money on things that do not work and hurt like the dickens (IPL... I'm talking to you!). This was painless, and produced real results.
A few things I did to help my skin heal and produce the most collagen possible during my healing time:
1 - Drink bone broth or add collagen to smoothies/tea, etc. daily
2 - Take BioSil daily
3 - Use red light after applying Retinol 1.0 + Lytera by Skinmedica (after a few days of my treatment)
I hope you get the same results I did!

I was seeking a procedure that would utilize my body's own repair mechanism to stimulate collagen and reduce the signs of aging (namely crow's feet and the dreaded under eye "crepiness"). I don't do Botox or fillers of any kind (for a number of reasons), so Microneedling with Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) appealed to me. I was pleasantly surprised that the procedure was virtually painless. After numbing my skin, the nurse, Alfi, drew a vile of blood from my arm. She then centrifuged it to extract the plasma (which is rich in collagen-producing growth factors). Then the goo was applied to my face. Next, the "needling". I braced in expectation for the worst, but I barely felt a thing. It was almost like an electric razor - some pressure, a few points of mild discomfort- but overall, a piece of cake! Alfi said I would need several treatments to diminish/remove the crow's feet/eye aging, then a maintenance schedule. If this procedure works the way I believe it can, without any toxic effects or much downtime, I will be a believer and champion of this method. Time will tell. (I have before photos + immediately after), but difficulty loading, so I will upload these later for comparison purposes.

Alfi was amazing. Highly skilled, caring, contentious and confident in the procedure.
