2 1/2 wks post op

Things are finally settling down. Fluid issue is mostly resolved for now. I'm not liking how my right breast sits so much lower but nothing I can't handle. They've shrunk so much and I actually love my new look so much more. I feel like I look more fit and modest but still sexy. Also feel so relieved that this is all behind me and I don't have to spend another sleepless night worrying about getting those things out! So happy I took the plunge! Good luck to you other ladies who are pre explant. I think that if you've even got the idea that you may be happier without them then you won't regret removing them. It's so freeing! Thanks to other members for support in my explant journey.

Trying to heal but doesn't feel like it's happening.

So frustrated with how things have been going. I know things could be a lot worse but I'm sort of feeling defeated. Aside from the tenderness in my breasts, I'm now noticing my left breast is rapidly filling with fluid again and today while I was going up the stairs with my hands full, I fell -breasts first- on the stairs. Who does that?! Only someone who just had their [RS bleep] removed, that's who! Haha. But now I keep getting a shooting pain in the breast I fell hardest on. I really need things to get better quick! I have so much to take care of with 3 kids to tend to and it's not getting any easier. *sigh
Rant over.

Bump under incision?

I seriously can't wait until this whole thing is over.
So now I have noticed a hard bump under 1 incision. It's slightly more painful too. I'll put a call into doc tomorrow but wondered if any of you have any experience with this? I'm so done worrying about my damn breasts!

I've gone to a consult and pre op appointment and Dr Ashby seems like a knowledgable and trustworthy doctor so far. Will review completely doc once surgery is completed. 3/1/14 Surgery went great! He did such a great job and made small incisions just as I requested and has been great for after care. Couldn't be happier with my results. Thanks Dr Ashby.
