6 months...Hate my life right now
$4,000
Don't do it, I urge you. My eyes are forever damaged and at 6 months they will not get better. I did all the research, paid for a quality surgery, followed pre- and post-op to the letter and even went above and did vitamins, fish oils, and other nutrition measures to get the best possible results. I can't help but to think about how many more years I have to live with terrible eyes. The surgery ruined my life.

Outlook not so good - 2.5 months post op
It has been 10 weeks since the surgery and unfortunately halos and starbursts are still bad and driving at night is very difficult. I had a visit with the surgeon yesterday and he said I do have some uncorrected issues, which he now sees since he did some topographical and 3D scans. He has said it is not likely my eyes will get any better from here. He suggests I do an enhancement but I don't know if I can risk it. He assured me originally that I was the best candidate for this surgery and said these problems were not likely to affect me, yet they do. So I am not confident a second surgery will make things better and in reality could make it worse! Any worse and I wouldn't function.

Day 50
Day 50 (7 weeks): No change in vision at night, still see large glare around lights and star bursts are still large. If I try to drive at night I get headaches from straining so much. Still hoping it gets better from here...
