Ruined my Lashes

I went to a very well reviewed provider that offered the Yumi Lash lift service. I had pretty long lashes naturally so I thought I’d be a great candidate for this. It took a little over an hour and was a bit uncomfortable. A few times some chemicals got in my eyes and it burned quite badly. When she was done my right eye seemed fine but my left eye was not ok. The lashes were bent, not nicely curved up. Many were bent in strange ways pointing in every direction, some of them going right in to my eye. The inner corner of my lashes were pointing outward. It was a mess. I can’t wven wear mascara on that eye because the lashes are tangled and twisted and bent. Several fell out and now my right eye has stubby twisted lashes left. I’m pretty upset considering it takes forever for them to grow back, hopefully they will.
