Day 13
No pain at all- but my stomach, back and sides are super itchy!!! Not the dry winter skin kind of itch but like a deep itch. I massage the areas and it helps a lot :)

Really excited to see the progress from your flanks! I want to do that area as well :) Do you have any pictures of your back?

I didn't see any after photos at 14 days like she said she would post. Did you see some? You said you were excited to see her progress.

I did 1 cool max on the abdomen, 2 cool cores on upper abdomen and cool curves on my flanks. First 3 days was tender but only to touch, and then day 4 was when the pain started. The pain was a bad, shooting electric pain that comes out of nowhere and lingers. It went away after the first week. I bruise easily but the bruises didn't hurt and went away on day 4.

You rated this as thumbs up; have got any after photos?
It looks extremely painful : /

Hi!! I only did it 11 days ago, I will post progress photos on the 14th day :)
The pain was only when they applied the vaccum applicator. Then the cooling started and it was uncomfortable for 5 minutes. After that i was numb. 35 minutes later, they did a 2 minute massage. That was uncomfortable too.
But the pain was more like a shooting nerve pain that comes out of nowhere, then lingers for about 2 minutes. I didn't have to take any medications for it. It was annoying but okay

I've had that delayed onset pain now for 5 days, and it's been gradually waning. But I had my second session treating a much larger area three days ago, and I expect the pain to intensify in the next two days. The clinic told me it's not nerve pain (like some people here have suggested), but the fat cells rupturing, breaking down and healing themselves, a bit as they were scabbing. I hope it doesn't last for 10 days like it did with you though. :( When were you able to jump/run again?

Hi! I was still able to do physical activities even with the pain, and although it got bad, I didn't take any meds for it. I just kept massaging the area.
