Laser Treatment with Erbium YAG

I decided to do a peel after having shingles on my face which left scars. In addition I had wanted to do a lift of some sort for the last two years. I thought that doing a laser peel would give me the results of removing scars along with tightening loose skin and stimulating collagen. So I went into this thinking it would be a win-win. Plus I could do so in a fraction of the cost of a facelift. I began looking at providers through Real Self And found Lori an excellent provider who is specifically trained as a laser surgery specialist. I travel the distance to get the procedure done but so far I’m very glad that I did so I am absolutely it’s still in the healing stages but I’ll keep you posted as to how things progress. Feeling a bit of stinging and burning. Feeling a bit swollen. Not super uncomfortable. Looks worse than it feels. Very itchy during healing. Still have to avoid sunlight. Skin is starting to peel a little.

So far I am 16 days post laser treatment with Erbium YAG. The greatest degree of discomfort was day 2-5 with swelling and itching. It's been pretty much easy healing from there. As you can see from the photos I am not ready for the red carpet but getting close. Lori Haney from CELIBRE has continued to check in on my status. According to their protocol, I am healing nicely; however, I will not see full results for 60-90 days. This was well worth the trip time. So great to meet a cosmetic professional that is both skilled and affordable.
