Be Careful with Forever Young BBL

I previously had a BBL here treatment that went well. The esthetician recommended FYBBL for my next visit. During the procedure the machine kept overheating and turning off. In addition, the esthetician said the front desk staff had not booked sufficient time for the treatment, so I was lucky that the next person cancelled. She seemed to be in somewhat of a hurry? That night, I saw triangular/oblong indentations under both eyes. These did not go away. I emailed the dermatologist. A follow up appointment was scheduled. Both the esthetician and the dermatologist told me that the laser could not have penetrated my skin to this level to cause the indentations. I never had deep circles or indentations under my eyes before, but I do now. It bothers me that neither the esthetician, nor the doctor, could admit that the indentations under each eye were caused by their procedure. Please be careful. My eyes look worse underneath, as opposed to better. And they did not take any responsibility for this result.
