Broken capillaries

I went to Dillon Dermatology in Bowling Green for laser on my broken capillaries. He worked on my face for about 15 minutes and told me that I would have mild swelling and redness, but the next day “you won’t even know you had anything done. “. By the next day, I was covered in blisters on one side of my face (first side he worked on). I called the office and the nurse said, “that’s typical.” I said that was contrary to what Dr. Dillon told me and everything that I had read. I asked if I should use Neosporin and she said, “if it makes you feel better. “ No advice given. Three weeks later (my blisters had popped, turned black, then reddish, then brown), I was left with inflammation and post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. I called and asked the doctor to see me. At my visit , he told me that it could take 4-6 months to see improvement, and he prescribed Retin A. He told me to come back in 3 weeks. Instead, I got a second opinion and am going there for IPL. The doctor told me that I had been badly burned and his treatment will likely work, but will probably take several treatments. Meanwhile, I sent a letter asking Dr. Dillon for a refund but he refused. I have taken 2 photos a day since my initial burn. It has now been over 6 weeks.
