My previous review was apparently un-postable so here's my 2nd attempt:
Initially customer service was great and his team was responsive and attentive. Once I had my 10k+ procedure I HAD TO CONTACT THEM to schedule my post op. After spending what i feel is an exorbitant amount of money on my skin (especially since I looked the SAME postop). I purchased TCA cross, sculptra, cosmelan and C02. Months after my procedure when i expressed my concern i was told by their sales person that unfortunately the initial sales person/"junior consultant" that treated me was misguided and he would have advised i undergo a very different treatment plan. He said there wasnt much he could do about my dissatisfaction but he would shave $200 off the new 5k plan he was recommending me. Wonderful.
Anyway, i have since found another spa in the BH area that has been a god send. I purchased a 6 session plan of PRP and intense micro needling and have actually seen results! i will find the the spa and review once my treatment is complete.
