NeckTite and Fractura Disaster Harley Street Skin Clinic

I wanted to share my experience of surgery with this practice. I had a face and neck lift n November last year. I have been left totally deformed by the surgery The doctor liposuctioned so much fat from my neck leaving me with a host of problems. An independent report shows that under my jaw area he has left only 2mm of subcutaneous fat leaving me with the inability to even eat properly. All the muscles platysma etc now show as there is hardly any skin/fat left on my neck I have been a recluse for nearly a year and waiting to see if I can have reconstructive surgery to repair the damage.Check the website realself under Julian de Silva bad reviews and you will find other patients with similar results . One of his ex patients has been a recluse for 3 years and is waiting to visit a specialist doctor in the US to do a revision. BTW some of these reviews on google are fake. Check out Joanne Cheshire and Tony Adams they are separate postings but identical reviews. Additionally on his website his wife Chaw du De Silva and a company director is on there giving a review of his practice. Very misleading. ~Happy to share photos with anyone who sends me their email address and also copies of the doctors's report. Shockingly botched..He also did uneven liposuction leaving me with folds of uneven fat hanging down under my chin. The radiologist's report who performed an ultrasound on my neck backs up this statement so it is not a fabrication. The website says he specialises in hidden scarring what a joke I have holes by my ears and very bad scarring. Again I have photos to demonstrate this is anyone is interested. I had to visit the clinic after 2 months as stitches were left left in my ear they should have been removed at 2 weeks I was told by one of the pa's n to a doctor that I visited that he feels really sorry for me at the outcome of my surgery. I can't believe that I spent so much money to look the way I do. Every day I wake it is a struggle. The doctor even sent me an email suggesting that I was mentally unwell for not being happy at the outcome of the surgery. Fortunately the clinical photos taken by another doctor show the truth. I am getting some more detailed photos done at the end of September to show the extent of the damage done. Again anyone wanting to know the truth can forward me their details and I will send photos.

I had Necktite and Fractura treatment earlier this year and it was a complete waste of money. The downtime was really prolonged 6 weeks . Swelling was horrendous considering it is advertised as having minimal downtime and didn't resolve until about 7 weeks. I was burnt badly by the treatment so much that it was scarred after 2 months. Dr Khan gave me a private prescription of Hydrocortisone which I had to pay for which didn't clear up the problem. I spent a further £1000 at a local laser clinic to heal the skin which was successful. They advised that the laser had been put on too high a setting hence the problem.
On the day of the treatment i waited for over 90 minutes for the procedure. On more than one occasion the light was switched off from outside the room leaving me sitting in darkness. The nurse forgot to give me the valium despite me reminding her. After the procedure they did not' have a compression wrap to give me so told me to buy one off the internet. Considering this was late Friday evening it meant that I wasn't able to get one delivered until the following week.
I emailed the surgery for some advise but never received a reply.
This clinic Harley Street Skin Clinic are only interested in money. They obviously overbook appointments as the waiting room is always full to capacity and they never see you on time.
The treatment didn't work and after it had healed up there was no visible difference.
I would avoid this practice. No offer of any compensation or even apology.
They are only interested in their z list celebrity clients.
