Cannot recommend her enough - she is terrific at what she does

I've gone to Dr. Kiripolsky for a couple different procedures and I cannot recommend her enough. As a preliminary matter, the level of service and care is so incredibly high. One time I had a bit of a reaction to some sanitizing product during a procedure and she actually called me in the evening to check in on me and make sure I was doing ok. She also stressed that I should not hesitate to contact her at any time if I had any concerns or issues (which I have taken her up on). I don't think I've ever had a doctor have that level of personal follow-up. Whether I've reached out to her in the evening or very early in the morning, she always takes the time to allay my concerns.

I also love how easy she is to talk to and ask questions. She doesn't make you feel dumb for asking (what I'm sure are) silly/easy questions and really takes the time to make sure you understand what's going to happen, what's in the products she's recommending, and what timelines look like.

Moreover, I think because she has her own office with a small but really dedicated staff, it's really great being able to reach out any time and not have to go through hoops (or some convoluted phone tree) to talk to someone. The office is also really responsive which is helpful.

At bottom, I've recommended her to several friends and colleagues and have no hesitation in doing so. Dr. Kiripolsky is terrific at what she does.
