In Search for Scar Rejuvenation Techniques Recommended to Reverse Laceration Results from the Erbium Laser 1064

I have enclosed pictures showing a snake-like groove carved on the side of my nose from the session to remove capillaries.
To offer background information, I received multiple collagen induction therapy and laser over the years. The primary physician I frequent for laser treatments and vein sclerotherapy tried to lighten the red round raspberry on the center of my forehead which is located close to my hairline. Over the past few years when I would go in for fractional laser sessions, my primary laser physician never had success removing or even making the red burn-like spot lighter.
I have been visiting a local med spa over the past few years, mostly to receive botulism injections. Over the past year, I have been getting hair removal using Erbium. While at a hair removal session, I was told the Erbium laser could remove the capillaries from my face and nose using 1064. The lead med spa clinician tested a small area using 1064 on my forehead to remove the raspberry spot. I had two sessions. I received two (2) zaps for the first time in some time around early December. About five weeks later, I received three (3) zaps in January. The raspberry dot on my forehead is no longer apparent. I was happy with the result.
With the success of 1064 nearly removing a visible spot on my forehead, I booked a session to treat capillaries on my face and nose that were bothering me. During the initial session, I watched the process by holding a hand mirror and peeking through my goggles, I saw the clinician zap my nose 3 times in that one area of my nose that now has a divot. On the right side of my nose, directly on the opposite side, the clinician zapped once, and I am left with a slight brown mark that looks like a freckle.
I wanted an opinion from a medical professional and visited the primary physician that I frequent for laser and vein sclerotherapy. I pointed out that the red spot is no longer visible on my forehead and a clinician at a local med spa was successful in making the red dot appear less visible using Erbium 1064. I then showed the repercussions of the 1064 results when it was used on my nose for broken capillaries. His medical opinion is the frequency was too high for an area with soft tissue. In addition, his medical opinion is to find a plastic surgeon or a physician that specializes in scars that will open and suture the wound and offers ProFractional-XC sessions for scar rejuvenation to treat the scar afterward. The ProFractional-XC SCITON pictures enclosed appear to have great results.
In speaking to the lead med spa clinician and showing the damage left from the frequency of the Erbium, the clinician mentioned I should find someone that specializes in burns.
To note, I follow the standard post-treatment instruction you would normally offer patients receiving collagen induction or laser therapy, all aftercare treatment that I learned from my primary laser doctors’ medical practice. No prescription for a herpes medication or an antibiotic was offered to be sent to the pharmacy before my 1064 session from the med spa.
My nose has very soft tissue/cartilage and hardly has any bone, unlike the top center of my forehead. I believe the frequency was aggressive. In addition, zapping 3 times in the same area left me with an indent. If you look at me straight on you can’t really see the groove. However, looking at me from the left side, it is so obvious. I am in search of getting my nose back to the way it was, with results of no apparent dent or scar. Medical opinions are greatly appreciated.
