Possible burns?

No improvement after 7 days post vascular laser.
Derm said it's vascular but now I'm dubious. I feel I might have been burnt.
My scars also look more apparent after the subcision. I think the procedure just made everything worse and I wish things would go back to the way it was prior.

Still suffering from this nightmare

Derm did a vascular laser two weeks post my treatment but no improvement with regards to the marks.
I'm at a loss on what to do. I keep being told that this will eventually fade but I don't see any improvement at all as the days go by. The marks are turning more purple and red.

It’s been 9 days and my face has developed red marks after the crusts peeled. My face hasn’t improved since day 5.
The doctor says it will eventually go away but my left cheek and nose has stayed the same. My right cheek also has marks but not as pronounced.
