Dark circles patches on knees after Q-switch & Pico laser - not worth it

ORIGINAL POST

Q-switch laser in combination with Pico laser

$150
I had a q-switch laser in combination with Pico laser on both knees to treat dark knees. I developed hives the next day and my knees was red. I have a very sensitive skin. 3rd day I got a red dark circles patches. And 1 week now I do have a really dark circles patches on my knees after the laser. I didn't go the sun and was always covered up. My knees became worst. The treatment was not worth it and a waste of money. But Is this the normal process? Is this a laser burn?

I've been researching Picosure laser. Some said the treated area might get darker, but it is the normal process and will get better. Do you have any updates? Because I'm thinking of doing just the Picosure laser on my knees.
No my knees got burned. And this is now the post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. I'm trying to get treatments to correct it. Now my knees are black
