At the recommendation of a friend I went and had IPL and RESURFX done, the procedure seemed to go well, some redness which was expected however the next day I got swelling under my both eyes and almost a month later it has not gone away. I have done EVERYTHING in my power to reduce the swelling and am feeling depressed and desperate does anyone have any insight?

Have you asked the doctor who performed the procedure to prescribe a short course of steroids to reduce the swelling?
