Hi all! I am two months post op and feel great. My confidence has increased tremendously and I am loving my new body.
I have not loss a ton of weight but my inches are down. I wore a size 18 now I am down to a 14. I have a ways to go but wanted to update you all on my progress.

I had an overall great experience with the entire process at Sono Bello. I originally wanted my upper and lower abdomen, waist, and bra rolls done. After meeting with Dr. Atun he recommended that I swapped the bra roll for the mini tummy tuck due to the amount of extra skin. I’m glad he mentioned that or I don’t think I would’ve been pleased with having loose skin. The procedure was a bit painful however I know it was due to the excessive amount of fat that had buildup over time. Dr. Atun was very informative and even checked on me later that night. They removed 5 liters of fat and removed my mommy pooch.

I doing mine soon. Any advise you can give me was be greatly appreciated. How is the swelling now. Did it get smaller? Would like to see more Post OP pics. Thanks.

The swelling has gone down significantly. There are a few things that helped me to get the swelling down.
1) Drinking plenty of water
2) I bought my own compression garment to sleep in and wore the one Sonobello provided me during the day. The one i bought has double compression in the tummy area. Its called Lipoexpress 1609 - Clasica Cremallera Costado Medica
3) I bought the hot/cold hand held massager and I massage my belly and waist every night for about 30 minutes.
4) Stay away from salt or foods with high sodium.
I will post a post op pics for you.

Thanks for that info. Where do it find that garment? What’s the massager for? Do it help with pain or swelling?

Well I am 11 days post op. I am in swell hell. The incision is giving me problems. Very sore and smelly! What Iam I doing wrong?
If your incision is sore and has an unpleasant odor... GO SEE YOUR DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY! As it sounds as though you have an infection and need medical/antibiotic treatment. You do not want to risk an infection entering your blood, creating a wound that won't heal or ending up with unsightly scarring. Go see your doctor now!

What was your height and weight before surgery if you don't mind me asking?
5’5 height and 230lbs.
