3 weeks ago, these were my best shorts. Now that can’t stay on. Down 10 pounds. Started working out again this week. My hope is that now there is less fat to burn, so maybe I’ll actually start building some muscle tone.

I’m hoping that the creases on my belly go away and are part of the “lumpiness”. I have some Venus skin treatments that they added to my package that begin in August, so maybe those will help with that.

How has your stomach healed ??? Do you still have marks on your belly?? I am scheduled for Friday
How soon were you able to workout ? Was all the bruising and stiffness gone? I am so stiff that I can’t even bend down!

Had a business trip this week. I’m feeling so much better and can lay on my stomach! Yay!
