Let’s get one thing straight liposuction is extremely invasive and painful. It is a long cannula going through your muscle under your skin for hours. Sono bello really is just bs. They talk you into a procedure that should only be done in a hospital under anesthesia, the most torturous experience being awake getting stabbed. I urge you not to go to sono bello. Go to a plastic surgeons office and get it done at a hospital!

I agree with needing anesthetic, I just had laser lipo on my stomach and abs and the oral pain medication did not help as much as I thought. I cried alot especially around the upper abs and my c-section/hysterectomy scar tissue . Will never do again

I know it is hell! but I did need more done because I had only done 2/3 of the surgeries so the last one I had done under anesthesia at a hospital and it went very smoothly

I had my procedure done at Sonobello and they put me to sleep. Woke up just as they were finished. No problem or issues and good results....its been almost two years.

I went to sono bello and they are on a bunch of bs. They had to fix my first lipo surgery wasted time and money. Don’t waste your time!!

The pain is torture. The medication had me sleep for 24 hours because I don't take medication. I'm only 3 days postoperative, so I can't tell whether my results are what I'm looking for. But if you like getting stabbed repeatedly go for it. If you want to wake up after all the torture go somewhere else.

I agree. I had liposuction on my outer thigh to harvest fat for a fat transfer to another part of my body. The anesthetic didn’t take completely and it was horrible!! Plus afterward I was terribly bruised and had awful pain for weeks. That was the experience and result of a small fat removal just for harvesting, not for fat removal, per se. Please ask a lot of questions before undergoing any liposuction, and do a lot of research. I went to one of the top surgeons in my city, and I still had a terrible experience.

In my last post I talked about my frustration in not seeing the results I want even tho it’s has only been 3 1/2 months and I had a lot of fat removed so I know I need to remain positive. I’m definitely not at my goal body at all but I do see a big difference. It’s a slow process but I’ll get there.

Definitely helpful! I had a lot done too and fell like I look strange from areas that are swollen! I will tredge on then and keep doing everything I can

Just wanted to update I did get surgery in a hospital through a plastic surgeons practice after my terrible experience with sono bello. I was put under for 2 1/2 hours and had the areas re-did my body would not have looked this different from just sono bello and their not as good equipment according to my plastic surgeon

Happy to hear you're doing well after your disastrous Sono Bello experience. I too had a horrible experience at Scottsdale Sono Bello and now look worse than I did before.
