Staff was super friendly and helpful. I was nervous about having my body marked on and seeing Dr. Walek. My friend did not have a great experience with him. He didn't give me any of the issues she had so, yay. My only complaint was the covid test. The nurse went to far deep. I heard a pop. Seconds later my nose started to bleed. Other than that I think I'm ready.

On Saturday I go to Sonobello for a Trisculpt E/X procedure. Basically it involves some lipo from my hips and stomac. The E/X stands for excision. They are going to cut a portion of my stomach skin away and stretch it to meet the are they cut from.

I'm doing this procedure because I had gastric sleeve October 2018. I was 272lbs that I remember weighing in at. I'm currently down to 183. I qualified for a plastic surgery but never did it. I saw pictures of a panniculectomy. Thats a procedure that is excess skin removal of your stomach. The scar lines scared me. I should've did it last year. My new insurance doesn't cover a panniculectomy unless you have a rash.  Anyways just wanted to give you a quick look into my journey. Today I start arnicare. They have me taking 5 pellets 3 times a day 2 days before surgery. Tomorrow I will start the antibiotics.  My goal is to help anyone thinking of doing the same procedure.

Its been 24hrs since I had my Trisculpt E/X procedure done. I have to say it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. They bring you to a room yo change. You then go for you pee test. Once that's done the dr marks your body. I'm extremely ticklish in most of the areas he marked. Lol. Then you get weighed and they take some pictures. Once back in the room they take your vital signs. Then give you meds.

Once the meds kick in you are taking to the room. It didn't really hurt. I probably said ow 3 times but nothing major. I think I was flipped to get the back of my hips. I remember looking at the cannisters and asking if that was all fat. The nurse told me on the top layer was fat. The bottom was the stuff they inject to get the fat out. I had a cannister and a half. Once done I remember them helping me into my garment. I was still loopy. I asked if I had to wait 72hrs to shower. She told me no. The doctor used glue on you. Later I looked it up and was super happy he did. Apparently glue can decrease scarring.

Once dressed they wheeled me out to my car which my friends were driving for me. I had all black on but they said they could see a few wet spots.

When I got home is when I started to get worried. I placed the pad they gave me on the bed. I had to pee. Luckily the garment has a hole down there. But I felt super wet. I had to change the pads. I brought the Amazon version of poise pads. I started to take out the used ones. Those things were soaked. Especially in the back area. I put on the new pads popped a pill and antibiotic and went to sleep.

Woke up with my shirt drenched and red color on one side and my shorts soaked on that side too. I think I did a horrible job patching myself up. I then decided to think smart. I took one of the puppy training pads and stuck it in my shorts so it would cover my back area. It worked! No more spillage. Downside I woke up with a dent in my belly from the shorts. Ugh! Its gone now. I'm also barely leaking. Yesterday a spot at or around my belly button was leaking blood and a spot above the crack of my ass.

Posting the videos if possible and the photos. So far I still recommend Sonobello.
