Poor Bedside Manner

I'm high BMI, so let's start with that. I'm not a thin thing with a tweak to few made. I scheduled upper, lower ab lipo, back bra area and Ab Ex.
I'm giving a 3 because the results are mostly good. What's not good is:
A) I was allergic to the surgical tape so my first week was bad. Not their fault.
B) it seems my body is rejecting my sutures, so my scar is not healing. My sutures are trying to exit my body. Again, not their fault, but their response seems cold. The nurse said to cut off what I can in my own and asked why I took so long to say something.
C) I've had to cut out/off more sutures just to get parts of my scar to heal, so I asked to see the surgeon at my 3 month appointment. I was visibly upset. It's almost a 2 hour drive and she just said to "stop picking at yourself." Didn't even look closely. Really?! No help, no recommendations, nothing. Google has been more helpful.
D) I also asked about a large distended part of my abs, beneath my new belly button. It's the size of an avocado and sticks out as it i had an avocado cut in half and shoved onto my underwear. It's OBVIOUS! I think it's a Incisional hernia or saroma. She completely ignored it and told me to wear lipo foam. She didn't bother to feel it.
E) I have burning and pulling sensations, also ignored.
I'm going to see about getting a second opinion. Maybe I'll change my score after the referral, but Dr. G's bedside manner needs help!
