I was nervous for nothing the procedure was painless. I was very comfortable once the meds kicked in. I’m one day post op and I feel sore but is not unbearable I’m still very swollen which is normal.

So my surgery was 3/6 I started my massages 3/8 of course they were painful but much needed I immediately noticed a slight difference the fluids were literally just squirting out the incisions my incision sites healed pretty quickly which made my drainage a bit more difficult being that I only had one good incition site to use for drainage I also started using an ab board today I always thought I would look perfect after lipo but it seem like that just half the journey I scheduled 12 massages I already did 2 I will post some more pictures when I’m 7 days post op hoping to see better results after swelling goes down :-)

Still swollen. Also when I went for my 7 day follow up they checked my weight and still the same weight I was pre op so far not happy just trying to remain positive so I keep saying I’m swollen. I look the same way I looked before my surgery . I’m starting to think this whole thing wasn’t worth it put myself through all of this and still looking and feeling fat

Don’t worry. The swelling takes ages to go. 4 weeks in I was nearly double my original size. I was really worried. I am now over the moon and still have a way to go yet. I am 4 months out. It can take 6 to 12 months for full results so hang in there

What ??? That’s ridiculous. 12 months ummmm no

Wow you’re a nice person ! Just relaying what my surgeon and research have told me. Hey everyone is different . I’m still seeing changes so I’m very happy with that

There is definitely difference! It’s hard with lipo because they need to leave some fat behind so there are no irregular contours when it heals. I had lipo recently and my stomach is not flat. However, I think I had a separation of my muscles I was born with and I’ve also had two children. Also, if you have visceral fat underneath the muscle they cannot remove that. You are still very early on in the process, you will not see 80% of your results until at least 3 months so do not lose hope!
