5 months flew by holy moly! I’ve been slacking on eating well, I did join a boxing gym and am excited to get back into the swing of things! I’m so so happy with my results! I would do this again 1000 times!

Yours looks really good!! I had mine done literally the day before you, so we were on the same healing path. I agree it’s so worth it, one of the best things I’ve done :) but isn’t it addicting? Now I’m like, hmmm I’d really love to get a little lipo on my calves, and maybe a little on my arms, etc lol
Hiii! I’m 5 days post/op. I think that I’m healing very quickly. Did you bruise and/or get lumps? And if so how far out out did it start and then go away?
Oh yes I was so bruised! I think I uploaded my bruised pics. I was sore for a few months and the lumps just go away eventually! I just made it to 6 months and it took the whole 6 months to fully heal!

How long was the down time? Could you go to work and walk around a couple days after? Was it very painful? You look great!!
Ummm I’m I think I took like 10 days off of work? But I’m a server and my first few days back were pretty rough, I had to leave early a few times because I just felt so off. So swollen. It was very painful and uncomfortable I’m not going to lie! It was difficult to sit up from lying down. But it’s totally worth it! I’d do it 1000 times again!

1 week post op!

So today marks 1 week since my surgery. I feel like it’s been a super long week but also went by fast? The first 3 days were a druggy blur to be honest. I switched to Tylenol on day 4, and other than standing and sitting everything is GREAT!

I feel so excited and happy and lucky to be feeling this great only a week after. Today was my second day back at work, I go back to serving in a couple days and I’m kind of nervous about that job but it’s okay! I definitely feel super exhausted after the work day. I feel so swollen and puffy, it’s such a weird thing to describe. But I’m not really in any “pain”. Just super uncomfortable and awkward. I think I waddle? hahaha My sides are so bruised it looks funny and the tops of my thighs are starting to bruise? Weird.

I’m excited to see where I am a week from today. Love seeing where everyone else is and how they’re doing, I love this app!
