3 months post-op!
I am now 3 months post-op. I can still see and feel swelling. I am doing lymphatic massages 1-2 times per week, which helps. My friend who is about 3 months ahead of me in terms of recovery says that she is waking up super defined, so hopefully once I get to 6 months everything is perfect! I no longer wear the faja, although it does help with controlling swelling. For me, I hate wearing it. I took it off after about 8-10 weeks. I am back consistently in the gym because it no longer hurts to work out, so hopefully my next progress pics will begin to show more muscle definition. A lasting side effect I have noticed is that I am not as flexible, and sometimes when I twist too far it hurts. I think this will go away with time because it seems to be getting easier week-by-week.

Laser lipo? or regular lipo? I m super scared but going to scheduled one
Did u get tummy tuck or just lipo?

Two months post op!
Here are some updated before and afters.
I’m finally two months post-op, so I have started light weight training 3-4 days a week as I ease back into a routine. I admit my diet has not been the cleanest, so I need to work on that. I am doing lymphatic massages twice a week (Monday/Thursday or Tuesday/Friday).

how was your overall experience? pain level and recovery house?
Pain was worst right when I woke up from surgery. I was pretty miserable for about 45-60 minutes until the pain pump kicked in. I would say 8.5/10. But after that it is not super painful, just extremely sore and uncomfortable. About 5.5/10. It is manageable and will make you irritated but it is not debilitating or extremely serious. If you do start to experience more pain after surgery, tell your nurses and doctor so they can check for infection. There was not a recovery house. You recover in a hotel and the nurses come to check on you regularly. The accommodations were fantastic and I'm very pleased with the level of care I got.

I bought foam pads off of Amazon, and my fajas are from Fajate and Forma Tu Cuerpo. I wear a M and I am 160lbs, 5'5", and my measurements are about 29" in the waist and 42.5" hips.

Ok he seems to be the best and you look amazing can you show a pic of what the results look like in jeans? I’m just trying to get perspective on how big it is….He quoted.me 11,000 so I dunno if prices went up or if I just require more work lol
Yes I can post more pics later today. My butt isn't huge, it is very natural and athletic looking. He does not add a lot of size, just helps to make the shape better and fuller
