10 Days Post Op Appointment

10 Days Post Op

Just like most other reviewers, in the morning when I get up to take a shower, there is the least amount of swelling and I am in love with my figure. Then about halfway through the day, I feel like a blimp again.

I had my Post Op Follow up appointment today.
Katia was great and said that I was looking amazing! She said to continue to wear the compression garment through 14 days. Then I can wear as I choose, but that the longer I wear, the better my results will be. Well, I wore it for about 8 hours a day only till day 14, then I switched over to my other 2 compression garments I purchased and they are working amazing!
Still very little soreness, but it is still there. To the touch and to stretch certain areas to hard/quickly is still difficult.

Attached are a few more pics from 10 Days Post Op.

1 Week (7 Days) Post Op

1 Week Post Op

Today is a bit discouraging. There is so much swelling! Everywhere! My back, my stomach my sides....I feel like a blimp and see hardly any difference today.
Also, very sore in a few of the incision sites. The back of arm/armpits seem to be taking a lot longer to heal because of all the motion in that area. It pulls on them. Also my right stomach incision is probably 1/2 inch long. Which is much larger then all the others (which are true to size of the top of pen, as they advertise). So I am a little worried about how it is going to heal, especially because it right on one of my brand new, beautiful tattoos. But I am putting Neosporin on it every other day. Not every day, because that keeps it too moist and makes it harder for it to scab and close.
I know it is only been 1 week...so I am holding out to start seeing some more dramatic results over the next few weeks as the swelling lessons.
I did purchase 2 new compression garments that are much more comfortable, yet still hold me tight in all the right areas. I got them online at a company called Leonisa. They fit So perfect! Snug and tight and I can’t wait to see how much they help with the swelling too.
I will take pictures next week of the garments. They were not cheap, about $75/each. But totally worth it!
Also bought a tummy compression garment off Amazon that got great reviews and next week, I will start to wear it during the day and my full body Leonisa Garment to bed.

Attached are my pics for the 1 Week post op. Nothing spectacular because of swelling!
Except for the fact that there is practically NO BRUISING. I will swear by these Arnica Pills/Gel now that I have seen how amazing they work.

3 Day Post Op

3 Day Post Op

I took off my Garment for pics and was able to shower!! So Yay for that.
For the amount of areas I had done I thought I would have a lot more bruising. However, I was taking Bromelain, Arnica Pills and using Arnica lotion. I firmly believe they truly helped with the bruising.
I am having a lot of swelling though and even though I kept thinking I was mentally prepared for it, it is hard to accept when you just went through so much and you want to see more immediate results, but the swelling prevents that.
I keep telling myself what I going through is normal and it take about 3 months to see final results.
The garment is so annoying or at least the one I had was. But I wore it all but about 2-3 hours a day to help with the swelling.
Again, having so many multiple areas done, I probably was a lot more uncomfortable then others who just do one or two areas. It was very difficult to sit up, move and do very much activity for any extended amount of time, without feeling like I was over doing it. I will be honest, at this point, no way I would be able to have gone back to work or drive.
I LOVED that Dr V called the day after to check on me and Katia checks on my every couple of days.
I did have one incision that seemed a little inflamed, so they called me in some extra antibiotics.
