Dr. Vivek Bansal Has Changed my Life in the Best Way!!!
My life is forever changed! Literally, changed in the best way ever. I cannot say enough good things about Elite MD and their staff. Dr. Bansal is an extraordinary person that went above and beyond to give me exactly what I wanted and needed!
I first met with the patient coordinator, Tricia. She listened to my concerns and helped explain what I needed and how that would help me get the results I was hoping for. Then I met Crystal, Dr. Bansal's PA. She was extremely helpful, kind, knowledgeable and sincere in wanting to help me get the results I wanted. She was excited that they would be able to achieve the results I was hoping for. She always spends plenty of time with you to make sure all your questions are answered. She is truly a special person.
Dr. Bansal is such a kind soul. He explained thoroughly and in detail the type of fat that was removed from my procedure. He gave me the "wake up call" I needed. He was so sincere and caring. I felt like he was my brother, telling me so gently that the fat that was sucked out was all cortisol (from stress). Not just for my body, but equally for my mind. He helped me understand that my emotional stress was causing this excess fat that no matter how much I exercised, no matter how little I ate....it was not going to go away. He was precise in what I needed to do to make the changes to avoid a potential diagnosis that no one wants to hear. But again, did it in the kindest way possible. Not threatening or judgmental. It came from a place of complete love and concern.
I came in to get a cosmetic surgery procedure and came out an evolved new person that took complete heed to what he said. The results.........well, what Dr. Bansal and Crystal did was AMAZING!!! But the follow through on my end literally has changed my life for the better in every way. I look fantastic, but also, thanks to Dr. Bansal's love for wanted to help his patients, in every way, I feel as good as I look. Inside and out. This was a game changer for me.
