Horrendous experience - my body looks worse than before

I had a horrendous experience here. The nurse used the N word numerous times during pre surgery appt and my body looks worse than before. I have been emailing back and forth with a Stephanie Baker for a year as they didn’t stand by their guarantee and she stopped responding in March
