Go Elsewhere for Body Lipo.

Very nice staff. One of the nurses, Tony, was the highlight of their staff. I definitely did not get the results I expected. I had laser assisted lipo on upper arms and waist. The lipo was uneven on my waist with one half noticeably more prominent than the other side. We did several non-invasive treatments for 4-5 months after surgery to try and even it out. It never did. Eventually I gave up. The procedures were uncomfortable and not producing results. After the 3rd followup, I rarely saw Dr Whitaker again. The future procedures were all handled by other techs or nurses. 2 yrs later it doesnt look like I ever had anything done. Just a total waste of $7k. She specializes in faces and that should have been an indication to go to another doctor who did more bodies. I looked at her website last week and it doesn't even have information about these invasive body lipo procedures anymore. Maybe she realized she wasn't great at it and fortunately stopped doing them. They had me do an extensive review about a month after surgery. At the time I gave them high marks because they told me the unevenness was due to post-op swelling and it would go away. So I guess I was grading them at the time on their bedside manner and the POTENTIAL end result. I know these procedures don't last forever but I feel like I NEVER saw the benefits. Its not like it was great and THEN went away. It was never great.
