Amazing High Def Liposuction and Abdominal Contour by Dr Mehmet Atila Medical Inn Germany

I had researched a lot of places for high definition ab contouring in the UK and Europe but after consulting with lots of doctors decided to travel to Düsseldorf to see Dr Atila at Medical Inn as he is one of the only doctors to use the newest laser technique for definition.
It was a super easy one hour flight from London (99pounds return) so was worth flying out to consult with him. He is extremely professional and made me feel at ease, he was very thorough discussing my expectations and I was not at all rushed during the consult. We discussed all of the different options and he was realistic when discussing the results - explaining that for optimum result I would also need to work our after my recovery to increase the definition ect. I didn’t want bodybuilder style six-pack but very toned definition on the ab area more Victoria’s Secret style and the new PAL with laser would be the right thing to sculpt the skin.
I booked the surgery for the following month and did some training/exercise as recommended to try and prep for the surgery. During my pre surgery consultation we drew out the areas for liposuction and definition - I have uploaded these photos.
The hospital was lovely, more like a 5* hotel and had the feel of a luxury spa not a hospital. Everybody spoke perfect English and were super accommodating and catered for everything I needed pre surgery. The waiting area and the private rooms were impeccably clean and luxurious, much nicer than any hospital or clinic I’ve ever been to in any other country (UK and USA included!).
I had liposuction to the thighs (front and back) knees and the abdomen waist and back area and the laser was used for etching the abdominals for definition. I woke up from the surgery in my comfortable luxury private room and felt relatively comfortable in the compression garment. The nurses were there for anything I needed and helped me to the bathroom several times. Dr Atila came to check on me before leaving for the evening and made sure I had everything I needed which was great.
I stayed in Düsseldorf one more night then travelled home to London the following day as I was feeling well enough and had been assured I was ok to travel the short journey back to London. I managed pretty well despite feeling very bruised - I’d say the same as the day after a really hard gym workout but not at all unbearable.
Dr Atila had placed the bandages in specific places to form the abdominal areas and these were to remain on underneath the compression for a week or so.
I was extremely bruised but the pain wasn’t too bad at all (it looked a lot worse than it felt!) and I was able to have lymphatic drainage massages starting a week or so afterwards.
Once I took off the bandages you could already see the definition on the abs and my legs looked a lot slimmer despite the swelling. The incisions were tiny as the laser Dr Atila uses is very very small so there is minimal injury and these were closed up and healed at least a week following.
Dr Atila was an incredible surgeon, he listened to everything I asked for (I did not want a bodybuilder style 6 pack but just toned definition on the abs - Victoria’s Secret model style) and he 100percent achieved this after just one surgery. Id have to say he is an incredibly safe and reliable doctor who won’t do anything to put you at risk or unconventional and he will thoroughly discuss your expectations and desired outcome before jumping into the surgery which is something very few doctors seem to do. I have seen a lot of people’s results from other doctors and haven’t seen anyone who’s definition is as natural looking and smooth as mine!
I’ve uploaded a bunch of before, during and after photos at different stages. You’ll note that my incisions are higher up than they would normally be - this is because I already had scars from keyhole surgery in these places so I chose to use the same place to avoid having multiple scars, Dr Atila told me that normally he would go in a lot lower and the scars would be hidden in bikini line.
