Just thought I’d post an update of how things are looking 2 weeks after. It’s quite surprising how well this is going. My hair is definitely growing in much slower. Some spots don’t even have hair coming out at all. And I haven’t shaved my bikini area yet, so I think that for 2 weeks post appointment the results look great so far. Normally by now I would have a low bush all over. And this is just after the 1st of 8 sessions. Looking forward to the renaming 7!

Do you know the name of the laser they used?
No I don't, but I will find out next time. They did say it was an advanced/new version at the time
Hey glad you are enjoying your laser hair removal. I just went to my first one almost 3 weeks ago and posted it. So how is it going now since it's been a while? I don't know if i should keep some hair on top or get rid of it all so kinda confused on what to do at this point.
I would lean towards being conservative so that you can have options later on. My mother once warned me about her friend who said she feels like a plucked chicken down there because she decided to remove it all. But if you absolutely hate hair, go full brazilian.
I know it's been quite a while since you posted but do you have any updates? Do you like the final results and do you remember the name of the laser? Thanks!

ORIGINAL POST

My first session

I decided to get laser hair removal after a series of terrible waxing experiences, and breakout of ingrown hairs with bumps that left dark spots.
I had my first appointment at recently, and took some images after my first session.
It really does feel like a rubber band snapping against skin. But the ice pack helped a lot to reduce discomfort. They had me apply aloe Vera gel after which helped a lot (that's why the skin is glossy in the pic). I have 7 sessions (paid for 8 sessions total) left for underarm and bikini area (sorry only remembered to take pictures of the bikini area).
Minimal to no itching since then.
