Office review - Do Not Recommend

Terrible experience. Made an appointment over the phone and they got my information wrong. That had to be corrected. Then, went to the appointment and found out that they got my appointment wrong. And worse, they would not accommodate me since I wasted time, roll and gas to get there. They should have accepted the responsibility and they did not.
