This place isn't great

This place isn't great. They used a super old laser that was on a roller and it hurt way worse than any other place I've ever gone. She also said she wouldn't be able to get clean lines along my hairline because of that because i was doing the back of my neck. It was super annoying because almost every time they'd confirm a different appointment time for me when my appointment was coming up. The office is in a weird apartment that they give you the code for the building for and above an armory. Just all around weird vibes
