The actual procedure was very painful and burning my skin

I requested laser hair removal which didn't go well. They did not tell me that it is performed at this other clinic and did not transfer me to the location. And once I paid for a cab to get there, the actual procedure was very painful and burning my skin. I let them know but they said it's normal and its just "irritated follicles". When I got home, I was actually badly burnt and my skin was bruised and peeling. There are permanent marks that will never go away now. I let them know and they said it's just irritation so I shouldn't worry. Everyone that sees my neck can see it's not normal including my family doctor. I asked for compensation in the form of treatment and actual hair removal which they refused.
