Nothing Medical or Client Focused at This Clinic

Stay FAR FAR away from this place. I signed up for services in Nov 2022, then my health took a turn. I only had 1 visit and called to cancel before the 90 day period. They have debited most of the money from my account disregarding my request for a refund. I have only received 1 treatment...1 that's it!!!!,. Ashely their "manager" continues to kneel on my neck demanding full payment like a dictator and stating that all sales are final. This was a purchase and then 30 days later my health took a turn and then I had to re adjust my life. I have NOT received full services as promised, I have NOT received any type of client centered compassion. Ashley is adding hardships and stressors with threats to ruin my credit. My health should be a priority especially in a time where we are putting people's mental health and well being first! Ashley is demanding payment for services I never received, this unethical. She has also escalated to aggressive threats of "contractual obligations" and ruining my credit. As a society we are all trying to make our way out of Covid. Is this really how a company that deals with your body should disregard a customers overall health. Laser MD has a contractual obligations to provide service and has not. Why would i want to have my body undergo treatments after this traumatic event. For a bunch of "nurses" this is far from best practices or awareness of the mind body connection. STAY AWAY.
