Laser Treatment That Was Performed Wrong
Oh my I had to give up this place finally when the so called Dr. at this place again had done an unethical action.
This time of course i will not take this review away. The aesthetician Lauren entered incorrect details in to my medical record after calling me hun for the complementary treatment that the owner of this place offered to me due to a miscommunication the Dr. person did during my previous visit.
This time this is really serious. The aesthetician entered incorrect details to the record and the front office lady read the medical record of the previous visit and we were stunned to see the details that were entered. For the unfortunate again the old gentleman who is named Dr. was given an opportunity to play the unethical game.
I showed my burnt face through the laser treatment done by Lauren and he took a picture and prescribed me to use the Cortizone 10 and further went on to mention that the body reacted for the treatment. For the audience I like to mention i have not experienced this for 5 years with this similar treatments.
The next day the gentleman calls me and says I am sorry that Lauren had done something wrong about the treatment and entered wrong details to the record. I like to recommend you some nearby hair removal place he mentioned. I was really worried because this was near to my home and I again requested that i cannot change my place and at the same time I need an answer for the incorrect scary medical treatment with inaccurate details being entered.
Today he made Laurie the front office lady call me and refund my 3 pack of full face hair removal and told me that both the aestheticians are not expertise to treat me as they felt that I had issues with them in order to cover Lauren's issue.
WHERE IS JUSTICE HERE? You burn a female's face and enters incorrect medical details of the treatment done and the place removes you under hand saying they do not have expertise.
The previous management was really great and had lost of good staff. New Management is awful. Especially the so called Dr. person. I will be continuing my medical treatment for the face burn now.
REPLY TO OWNER: I had advised you when you tried to threaten me with your words last time not to reply to me. I am not sure what's the qualification your staff has. One of the competitive med spas in Lone Tree had told me that you all had burnt my face by using your IPL machine with a high laser heat and I do have a the proof. Let the audience make a decision on this untruthful place.These people offered a complimentary in place of the life time guarantee for touch ups where all the places offer and did upper lip and lower lip and entered full face. This was done by Lauren and as usual the old gentleman comes from no where and like last incident (where he mentioned the past company from whom you bought over had to close because they gave the annual life time touch up package and we do not offer that)for which you offered the complimentary treatment this time also offered me to use Kortizone 10. Still the scar remains.
