The amount of skin damage and pain I was put through is unbelievable

I had a horrible experience while getting a hair removal treatment. This clinic had an inexperienced person do my treatment without any professional supervision. The amount of skin damage and pain I was put through is unbelievable. One expects to get its money worth, but all I got was very severe skin burns that I’m still recovering from til this day. The fact that they dismissed me like what they did to my skin wasn’t such a big deal made me feel so disgusted by their lack of responsibility and empathy for me. They didn’t even give me a cream or something to help me treat my burns or lessen the pain I was enduring. Also, they refused to give me back my money of the last session I didn’t even received because of the damage they caused to my skin. I do not recommend anybody to get a hair removal procedure after the terrible experience I had in this place!
