Facial Razor Burns Around Mouth and Chin

I went in for a few hair removal around my mouth and chin. The next thing I knew my face, around entire mouth and chin was being shaved, a thick goo was being applied which entered my nostrils. I though they were only going to shave the few hairs. Their hair laser removal is not appropriate for the face. I left their being deeply upset and with razor burns. I had wanted to be supported of a women's business. This showed a major lack of judgement and cruelty.
