Disappointed & beyond frustrated, inconsistent in quality & increased rates

Disappointed and Beyond Fustrated
Ever since Jill left back in 2021, my treatments have been so inconsistent in quality with each new tech they brought in. One technician, Christa, burned my neck so bad I am still traumatized from the arduous process it took to repair the damage and heal my skin.
It was beyond heartbreaking for me during that time because my face and neck had been the clearest it ever was since puberty when my PCOS and hirsutism trapped me in a neverending cycle of removing the unwanted hair and watching it grow back and cause discoloration and ingrown hairs. I have included the pictures of the damage since Skin MD barely did anything for me during this time. I had started a new job at this time and had to go to work wearing scarves to cover the damage. I could not have been more embarrassed and ashamed of my appearance.
Skin MD did have their doctor look at the damage and offered 3 diamond glow treatments (done by the technician who burned me) and one Pico treatment to remedy the scars. I am happy to say the damage has pretty much cleared up after all these years and thanks to my own skin care routine.
I stupidly continued to go to Skin MD because they were the closest laser hair removal studio to me at the time. They continue to have a revolving door of new technicians coming through, and now they have increased the rates for laser hair removal touch ups after I had already paid the $150 for large area touch up.
Because I have moved out of state, all I ask is for a refund of the $150 and they are saying they can't do that. It makes absolutely no sense to me. I will continue to spread the word to not to go here. These people clearly do not care about their customers. Only how much money they can squeeze out of them.
