Laser Genesis and Im 21

So I had my first treatment of laser genesis done and im ONLY 21 ? I dont know if the age matters at all? If you get genesis done? I got this done because I really dont like my LARGE pores and i want the texture of my skin to get better as well. And when she was done i felt like my skin look the same & i thought my skin will look nice and gowly but it looked matte.

But i got this done and the NEXT day i saw little bumps and it did not look cute when you wear make up on because it looks like you have little pimples when you put make up on. Is that normal to get bump after laser genesis? I have read some comments, And a lot of doctors dont know what the causes of it ? Or maybe they do know but dont want to tell us? And another thing i got little pimples showing on my faces ? What does that mean? And my skin seems to look dry!! When i have make up on. What going on?
