Would Use As Maintenance

I have acne scars, big pores, red spots, brown spots. Procedure was easy. I went to work afterward and looked normal enough. The nurse used the standard settings. I didn't notice micro- scabbing or sandpaper skin afterward. Received tranexamic acid to use twice a day post-procedure. I think my patches of melasma may have lightened a bit, in conjunction with the RX hydroquinone I also use. I'm not sure if the multiple pigment inhibitors I use or LaseMD deserves the credit.
