I haven't been here in awhile but here's an updated picture. I think when i start workout more, I'll finally get the abs i want but I've been kinda lazy lately. This has been a good experience overall. I do think that my belly button is a little bit high but not getting an additional scar to fix it

Dr. Stile was great! he really put my fiance at ease and made him feel like he really cared. Hopefully tomorrow at my early morning appointment, I can give you a better assessment because I was pretty out of it today.

I'm still feeling a little numb but so far so good. I think most of the swelling has gone done. I have started to exercise but I'm a little concerned with my right side. It a little budge.

Day 12

Not much to update, a little worried I might need some Lipo after I heal. I think I have muffin top slightly. Hopefully my stomach will be different in a couple of weeks.
