So sorry I didn't do this sooner like my liposculpture ...but this was my own surprise !! I've wanted to get my nose done since I was probably 16 years old and I'm so happy that I finally got the chance and I went for it ...I have no cons I hate my nose it was a real Armenian nose and I wasn't happy with myself ... Pretty girl with a big nose it's not faltering at all ... My pros are that I finally got what I wanted and deserved cause I worked hard for it ... Also I have a freaking amazing doctor that I will stick with probably forever ...

So Dr.Richards did my surgery and took a pic before the swelling came and went me the pics and I'm in total love with my nose ..

I wonder if my plastic surgeon would take a picture for me? Doesnt seem likely that they'd do this for you. You are lucky!

I didn't ask him to take a picture that's the thing he took it for himself and then asked if I wanted it my doctor is Amazing in more then one way best surgeon in Vegas in my eyes .. Where are you getting yours done

So I seen your pictures you nose is just like my aunts was and after she got hers done it's small just like mine so yours will be very nice too

Omg!!! My dr took pics of me while I was getting my rhinoplasty done and I was to scared to look at the pictures! Lol!! Your nose looks amazing!! I feel that's the scariest cosmetic surgery there is! If you get a shitty dr your screwed! Very happy for you! Xoxo

It is the scariest surgery ever cause you can't have your old nose back if you don't like how the new one turned out but my doctor did an out standing job he really proved himself to be wonderful

Crazy thing is I don't have any pain from my nose at all its the third day and I'm fine .... A little trouble breathing cause there's dry blood in there but other then that in fine

That's awesome! Your face is a little bruised? Is it hard to sleep or shower?

Well it's hard for me to sleep because I have my liposculputre that I had done other then that nose wise it's not pain after the first day you will feel fine .. You can shower just don't get your nose wet that's it

By the way after a nose job hydrogen peroxide and water will be your best friend .. That's how you slowly clean all the dry blood out of your nose

heres my 6 days post op no cast
Finally got my cast taken off today it's so crazy to be used to the same nose for 25 years and the. Bam NOSE JOB!!!!!! I was so over whealmed today with him taking off my nose case and my bandages from my lipo that my blood pressure drop really low and almost fainted but .. dr. Richards and his team took such good care of me and then I seen my nose and almost threw up this time lol !!!! But now I ant stop looking at it I might have to take all my mirrors out my house so I stop looking at my self ...

Anna, take care with your sunglasses, you are not allowed to wear them yet, you have to wait 40 more days. It could leave "traces" on your new nose or damage grafts, bones or cartilages .I hope you've just used them for the picture, isn't it?

Looks SO good. Imagine what it will look like in 4 weeks when the swelling is better. I'm glad you love it. My surgery is in two days and I'm freaking out....

Omg that's exciting can't wait to see your pictures .. I swear to you I was freakingnout to but just breath and relax and you will be fine crazy thing is your face won't be hurting I didn't have no kid one pain after l my pain was from my lipo you gonna look amazing I'm sure of it... Oh j j kW I can't wait to see my nose after 3 more weeks of it looks good 7 days after I'm sure it will look way better
