Provider Review
I lost a lot of weight many years ago and though I was thrilled with the benefits of losing over 100lbs, I struggled with the saggy skin that no amount of exercise, personal trainers and prayers could remedy. For many years, I dreamed of having reconstructive surgery but was chicken to undergo elective surgery, knew I would have to quit smoking, and also finances were a factor - but sadly, the MAIN factor for me was I was too embarrassed to even show my saggy body to a DOCTOR! I work in the Entertainment industry and would always ask those I knew that had implants that I admired and thought looked beautiful, who their doctor was. When I consistently heard the reply Dr. Parker, I wrote his name in a book I happened to be reading at the time. That was over 7 years ago (and even after I noted his name, I continued to survey here and there and Dr. Parker was always a frequent response)! When I made my decision and things aligned for me this year, I scheduled consultations with 3 of the top Las Vegas Plastic Surgeons. Thought all 3 surgeons are very skilled, Dr. Parker won me over 100%. From my initial call to schedule, to the patient coordinator, to the sweet beautiful sidekick that is in the room with him and you, the nurses he has in t he OR with you (after my last procedure I remember in my drug induced haze, the nurse massaging my face as I tend to tense my head and jaw when under stress or pain! So incredibly sweet and above and beyond. I felt so comfortable and cared for and never once did anyone make me feel like a number (which some other offices did). I had a breast lift and augmentation first. I wanted to have a tummy tuck at the same time but due to my smoker history, Dr. Parker wouldn't do it. Though I was disappointed I couldn't knock out two procedures and recoveries at once, I knew he had my best interests at heart. My breast augmentation and lift came out better than I had ever hoped. he really listened to me and my desire (i wanted a very natural look - when heavy, I had huge DD breasts. I've been there, done that and did not want that - I wanted something proportionate to my current frame that felt and looked natural - I got exactly that!) and I had to have all the scars (full cut around the nipple, down and under the breast). This man is the BEST stitcher in the world. This was only 3 months ago and you can BARELY see my scars. He is meticulous, cautious... even anal... and I say this in the best and most loving way! He stitched beautifully - and I studied what my stitches and scars would look like as I didn't want to be freaked out when I first saw them post op. and what was considered to be excellent work in my online researching - Dr. Parkers FAR surpassed that. I just had my Tummy Tuck and am only a few weeks post op and again, I had the same care and am seeing the same meticulous attention to detail. Thighs and eventually butt are next on my list and I no doubt will trust nobody to do these procedures other than Dr. Parker. I feel like he and his staff are like family, seriously, and that they too consider you family and care for you as they would their own. I never saw a lot of promotion or reviews for him online; yet word of mouth is abundant if you are one to be bold enough to ask, so I wanted to write an honest review of my experience here as I used and continue to use this site a LOT in my journey and felt it could be helpful for others. I hands down & wholeheartedly would recommend him to you. I did all that I could on the weight loss end and he has transformed me the rest of the way. Even if I was unable to have the rest of my wish list of post weight loss reconstructive work completed for some unforeseeable reason, the improvement in how I feel about myself right now is priceless and I could accept and happily live with how I am right now, as is. He has changed my life and I am forever grateful. PS - just listen to what he says and DO what he says and you will not regret it and you will heal and recover very well. My only regret is I didn't make that call to Dr. Parker's office sooner.
