*update. Kinda sad at how it has turned out after the swelling has gone down. There is an obvious dent at the top and now straight-on photos are terrible. The profile was greatly improved, but the front is no bueno. Not sure where to go from here. I do not live in Vegas, so I have not been able to make it out to see him again. My husband says i snore more now, too. *original post: He's amazing and I immediately knew he'd be the one to do my procedure after the first consultation. You can tell he has a passion for what he does, especially rhinoplasty.

Give it time. Do not have another surgery or anything right now. I think your brain may not have processed the change but overall there's a big improvement. A lot of people go Into their first rhinoplasty thinking it will be perfect and are disappointed when it's not. It's really difficult procedure and healing can affect the outcome. I then you look amazing right now. But just wait a few more years. My nose changed for more than 3 years after my primary!
