WORTH IT$9,950
Nose:
I wanted a "cute button nose." You know the kind every disney character has with that ski slope and lift at the end? I had a German Italian nose that looked grumpy. I hated my nose since middle school. That was my #1 priority.
Breasts:
I wanted a cute sporty look and nothing busty. I looked like a teenage boy with deflated balloons on his chest. I was not even 34AA and went 375cc HP silicone under the muscle.
33 yrs old, 125 lbs, and into fitness. (and previously breastfed)

More tired but it's Friday! 4 Days PO
Monday was surgery and today is Friday! It's gone fast with family hanging out.
I wasn't sleeping a lot a first but on 3 days post op (yesterday) it hit me. I've been sleeping nonstop since yesterday...which is good! The nose really doesn't hurt, it's the boobs that took over. My pain is down to a 3-4 out of 10 with my meds. Yesterday and today I started to get nauseous again but I think it was the laxatives. Since Monday I only poo'd like a rabbit 2 times so this morning I drank half of a magnesium citrate bottle and bam! within 5 min I went! What a relief!
My Dr has me taking Arnica tabs under the tongue and Arnica gel for bruising and swelling. I've seen amazing results with other girls so I'm photo logging that journey. They are a homeopathic remedy. My smile still looks swollen and like I don't have teeth lol.
My doc also gave me Juvederm in my lips and laugh lines while in surgery. I usually get that every couple years and it was time again. I don't over do it. I used to have a pencil thin upper lip and deep laugh lines. So I'm sure adding that to the procedure didn't help my swollen smile. But hey, if I'm going to be knocked out then lets do this lol
Here's a tip for your care giver (aka hubby, friend, Fam):
Type up ALL the instructions in order. From returning home to follow ups to meds. Add Dr emergency numbers and other info. Make a checklist of meds and times and pain levels for every dose. This was a HUGE help! They had no question and can look back at times and pain levels. I've uploaded pics of my charts. It also helps me after they left so I know what I took last and what time. I thought I over did it with the chart but she loved it!

Great tip about typing up the instructions in order! Thanks so much for sharing your story so far. Your nose looks super different. I can't wait to see when the cast comes off!

My first walk!
My first walk after breast aug, nose job, and Juvederm! 5 days PO. Hubby said I looked like a zombie ???? (I had to wear a sun hat & spf 50 because of the nose job) I walked 30 min and then got a little light headed. I now have mild pains in the upper part of my implant but doc said its normal. ????

Don't overdo it. Get rest. You had a lot done to your body. Rest :)

Yeah I think 15-20min walks spread out will be better. I know he said walk as much as I want now but spreading them out will be more ideal for recovery.

Your implants look perfect!!! I would really like to get them as well but don't want them to look unnatural. I'm 5'7 116 lbs, breastfed 3 babies, and into fitness. I'm thrilled to see that they look great on someone with a small frame! You're a trooper to have both surgeries together!

Thank you! Go for it! They have so many profiles to choose from to get a natural look. You just have to find a Dr that you can trust his judgement on size. I like that my Dr also worked in Ohio and dealt with more average natural implants vs Vegas style (out here.) He knew exactly what I wanted.
