1000 stars, 1000 thumbs up, hands down the best surgeon there is. Dr. Richards is the best thing to happen to me. I had severe breast issues coming into surgery with one breast (small c) extremely sagging with lots of extra tissue from childbirth (4 kids) and one ( small a) with hardly any tissue, and no breast crease. Well im now 8 days post op and have a beautiful set of breasts (not sure of size yet) about a full c. I had to have a lift on the larger breast per his request because of nipple position, and I am extremely satisfied with the results. There are no words to express the gratitude that I have for this man for helping me achieve absolutely the best looking breasts I have ever had. Without a doubt this is the doctor you want to perform your surgery. He is very honest, blunt, and attentive to your concerns and desires. I love the passion that he has for what he does, and he helped me make a decision that was fitting for me. I really appreciated his honesty, and opinions. Surgery is more of an art than science, and dr. Richards works wonders with his hands. Thank you sooooo much for everything doc!!! I will never forget you, and thank you for taking such good care of me throughout this entire process and for helping me feel so much more confident.Not to forget the beautiful women of the office who helped me understand the process, and prepare me for it. Dawn, christine, and natalie are the only names I remember because I harassed them the most pre op..But you all were great. Thanks alot ladies. I hope that you all will post pics for me I was unable to take any pre op but if anyone has any doubts about getting the results they want, they need to see my pics to understand the level of skill and precision that dr. Richards has. Please post pics if you have them!!

Can we see pictures? I'm thinking of getting my breasts done by this doctor too. I was wondering what the cost was to get this procedure done I belive I will need the same thing done. Thank you!
