I'm 1 day pre op. I've been reading everyone's stories for 3 mths. I know I'm making the right choice now. I have Mentor 650 cc saline high profile smooth textur. under muscle done in 2004, they were gorgeous, I lost 60 pds so PS did a lift, implant, and tummy tuck. 12 yrs, I gained 50 pds back and now they're 40 H and hurting my neck and shoulders. I will try to post a pic after surgery.

Did you have a lift too ??

Yes he did a lift, and put in the JP drains. Under the arm, which is better, I don't feel them at all. But there a pain in the butt and can't wait to get them out Thursday.

How are you doing now???I'm having Explant with a lift 7/25/16 so excited I'm a 36DD and hate it, he says should be a full C after can't wait!!!

I'm sure yours will be beautiful afterwards. My pics might scare you, but remember I was a 40 G and had a lot of skin to tighten up. I'm seeing the Dr. next Thursday and I will get some answers to my questions about the way they are looking, excess skin under both arms, nipples different sizes, very big around the breast and flat in front. I can't fit in a B cup too much skin on the sides and a C cup there's ripples at the nipple area. I hope after they heal up and fluff up and drop a little they'll look normal, right now I'm a little freaked out. I don't mind the scars I can deal with that using silicone gel and pads,
Even after all of this I'm still so happy to have those implants out. Please kepp me posted on your surgery.
Here's a few tips I learned this past 10 days. 1st. buy enough antibacterial hand soap a few bottles of dial will do. and 2 bottles of rubbing alcohol. If you have the JP Drains they will want you to milk them several times a day. They'll show you how to do it, I would hold the end of the drain tightly (where it comes out of the skin) with 1 hand and the other hand I would have alcohol on ( so my fingers were wet) and you can slide your fingers down the plastic tubing towards the bulb so easy, and the alcohol keeps everything so sterile. I bought a long handled grabber at Walgreens it was a lifesaver to get things I dropped or cloths out of the washer and dryer. Your not going to feel like bending over for a few days. Try to start taking Arnica Montana 30X from any health food store or online, it's a great homeopathic medicine for bruising and sore muscles. I take it 2 weeks prior and 2 to 4 weeks after.

Cannot wait to hear how much better you are feeling since having them out! xx

You look great! Hang in there. Love all the women here who are so brave to get this done. I'm thinking about it and saving for it and trying to find PS in my area that will do it. Sending you good thoughts and a quick recovery

Thanks Cassie, I choose one of the most expensive PS in my area and I'm still not sure I made the right choice. I don't remember the recovery room very well except the horrible pain I was in. I didn't see him the day after when I went back or yesterday when I had the drains and steri strips removed. I'm going back next Thursday and well meet with him for sure. I'm a little freaked out about the way they look. I tryed to fit a bra yesterday and I'm to big around for a B cup and to flat for a C cup. And then I have all this swelling under my arms. It looks like I have and extra set of boobies under my arm pits. I hope it's swelling and well go away. If you look at my pics you'll notice the nipples are not even. It's only been 10 days and I hope all this changes as I heal. I sure won't want to discourage anyone from having a mastopexy and explant. I've seen some beautiful results on this forum. I'll keep you posted and please do your homework for a PS researce every PS in your area. you have the time while your waiting to save the money. Then go with your gut instincts.

Nothing new to report, I can't do much, the pain is better, the breast look the same still taped up and drains are in. Not much out put from the drains, no fever, I think this is a good sign, no infection.
