500 cc High Profile Silicone Breast Implants and Umbilical Hernia - Las Vegas, NV

Getting breast done because I recently had a baby and after breastfeeding my breasts deflated and one is now larger and lower than the other. Before breastfeeding I considered my breast to be small but perfect for my body type. I never imagined nor wanted to get implants but now I feel I have to. I'm not a shallow person but I'm now very uncomfy looking at my lopsided breast every day.

I researched a bunch of docs here in Las Vegas and surrounding cities but found Dr. Khorsandi's website superior to the rest. I like his website user-interface b/c it looks like time and thought was put into it and the attention to detail is superior. Now I know that my previous comment sounds silly but in my personal opinion if a cosmetic surgeon doesn't have a super nice looking, well thought out website then how am I going to trust s/he working on my body?

His patients after images are superior to what I've seen on other doctors websites. When I called I truly received VIP service. I mean they got me in for a consult THAT day without hesitation. The office staff is very professional. Catherine is such a sweetheart and very helpful.

Dr. Khorsandi has a very professional, cool, and funny personality. He and Catherine answered all of my questions honestly. Dr. K spent a lot of time making sure I and my family were comfortable and gave me different options. He has this cool 3D technology that shows you a demo of what you'd look like AFTER implants.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. K and his staff . He was the 1st consult I went to and I didn't feel like I needed to go anywhere else. That says a lot!

I ended up upgrading to the super high profile silicone 550 cc (haven't had procedure yet) because it just feels more real than saline. Will update with pics soon.

My boobs are deflated, one areola is bigger and nipple is lower (on the same breast) than the other. My child is 9 months old and my stomach is flat/toned without any cosmetic surgery/procedure. To all the women who just had a baby try to lose the baby weight gradually so that your skin can tighten up gradually. My doc said if you lose too much weight too quickly, your skin can sag. I took her advice and it worked well for me. I don't have to have a tummy tuck (This is also due to genetics) I'm lucky

Surgery went very well. I can't feel any pain b/c I'm taking pain killers. I love my results so far. Can't wait until the clear glue comes off. Love my surgeon and highly recommend him to friends and family.. I ended up getting 500 ccs high profile silicone instead of 550 ccs. My doc said 550 didn't look right/way to big for my frame and I trust him. I love the doctors style and his honesty. decided i didn't need a lift too. avoiding scars. he's great!! will post more pics soon
