I pulled all my nude photos because they came up in search engines....I felt that was an invasion of privacy on what I thought was a private site. I originally was going to pull my review altogether, but I feel like sharing our experiences is what helps eachother get through this. It's scary, but worthwhile when you do it for the right reasons.

Fantastic doctor!! Dr Smith was so thorough and stripped away all my apprehensions immediatly upon meeting him! I traveled all the way out here, because he was the best I could find and I feel that I was absolutely correct! His demeanor was very professional and the way he spoke, he is obviously very knowlegeable and experienced. I am so glad that he is the doctor I chose!! I did have to wait a while in his office before my procedure, but I know that was because he was being thorough in providing aftercare for the patient before me, which is totally respectable and I have no problems with waiting my turn!

Boobalicious, your BA looks like it went great and if yours turned out like your "wish boobs" then they are simply amazing. I am going to get BA soon but I want to make certain that I make the correct choice for me. I have seen on this website and other PS web pages where many ladies who had Saline implants wished they had gotten Silicone. My husband feels that the Saline is safer for me in case one of them ruptures even though they say the gummy bear ones do not allow the silicone to leak out in my body. I have some asimitry as one is slightly smaller than the other. My question to you is after about two years how do you feel about your saline implants and would you have done anything different. Thanks
Baaaaah that's a hard question bc I love my BA!!! I know saline is more soft and real feeling, but you are also committing to regular MRI's and there is no way to tell if something is wrong. Sure it would be awesome to have an even softer feel, but at 2 years I am still pleased with my decision. And saline is great. I had the final results up on the site before, but i pulled them.
Also good luck and I hope that helped. Also dont let other people make you second judge your decision. This is a lifetime change.
I am considering having a BA with dr lane smith, too. I've read your entire profile. I am wondering if everything is going well now? Any pain, numbness, regrets? I too am considering saline though I have no breast tissue (totally flat). Are you having any problems with either of your breasts? You had said the right one wasn't dropping like the left. Is everything ok now? I ask because my sis had a BA about 15 yrs ago And lives with permanent nerve damage and pain. I'd rather be flat than have big painful ones! Thanks for any info you can give me. :) I hope all is well.
Both of them are great now! Dr. Smith will tell you in many conversations you have afterward what to do, like massage only one or push inward or down. Just make sure you communicate everything with him and send him pictures of your progress so he can advise you. My breasts are exactly as I wanted them. The only pain I have is if I lay on one wrong for too long, but that happens to arms and legs too! Nerve pain is a normal part of the healing process, so expect a bit. You're body change is going take a while to heal, but mega worthwhile. I wish you the best and look at the encouraging results on this site!!
P.s. I'm sure the science of breast augmentation and surgery in general has come a long way in 15 years. I'm sorry about your sister :(

Thank you! I love having wish boobies! I looked at your page and it looks like you just got yours done about a month ago? They look great! They will change so much as the months go by, so don't have too much remorse yet. Check out my early pix compared to the recent ones. I think you will love yours once they D&F and if not, then you could always go bigger!

I tried to edit captions on my pictures but no workie =(. I measure a 34 DD/DDD at Victoria's Secret, but have yet to try on a DDD bra. At Target, I fit the Gilligan O' Malley bra size 36 D. My incisions are almost invisible aside from the coloring, but I'm sure that will fade with time! If you have any questions, ask away!

Sometimes I still look in the mirror and surprise myself ha ha. I'm not like hyperaware of them or anything. Is that what you mean?
Yeah kind of... I just wonder if they will feel weird or not.. But I've heard other girls saying they don't notice them and they feel like a part of their body. I guess the best way to describe it would be that I'm worried they might feel like an air bubble that's always noticeable .. Sorry if this doesn't make sense :)
Oh no they don't feel weird. They jiggle like normal boobs and everything. I don't even feel the implant unless i actually push on them. I understand what you're saying =) Don't be scrrrd.
